CHALLANGE
Instaselly needed a logo that could immediately communicate its core value proposition, fast, seamless selling in the digital age. As a new platform designed for efficiency and simplicity, the identity had to be bold, memorable, and intuitive, while also feeling grounded in the familiar language of commerce.
MY APPROACH
Through collaborative strategy sessions, we identified three key themes to express: speed, commerce, and identity. These insights guided a design process rooted in simplicity, symbolism, and balance. The goal was to create a logomark that could stand alone and still tell a story.

As the logo designer, I led the visual identity development for Instaselly, translating strategic insights into a bold, meaningful mark. My role involved concept development, competitive research, visual exploration, and final execution of the logo system.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
With the rapid rise of e-commerce platforms globally, it was critical to ensure Instaselly stood out in a saturated market. We conducted a competitive audit of major players like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, Big Commerce, ebay and Flipkart, analysing their logos, colour systems, and visual strategies.
LOGO CONCEPTS
The final logomark is a thoughtful fusion of three symbolic ideas:
Monogram Form: The initials ‘i’ and ‘s’ are subtly intertwined, forming a distinctive and memorable shape that ties directly to the brand name, Instaselly.
Commerce Symbols: Two stylised price tags, mirrored and balanced, communicate the platform’s core purpose, buying and selling.
The Hourglass: At the heart of the symbol lies the abstract form of an hourglass, representing efficiency and the urgency of instant selling.
Together, these elements create a bold, modern mark that’s both iconic and versatile, adaptable across digital interfaces, print, and product packaging.
CONCLUSION
Instaselly’s branding strikes the perfect balance between commerce, speed, and trust, setting it apart in a highly competitive market. With a strategically crafted identity, it delivers a seamless and recognisable experience.
